I am elated to share about my experience with Pamela Holmes. I live in Ohio, but was in Denver after my father had a serious fall that required me to permanently move him out of his home. On December 3, 2023, I reached out to Pamela Holmes with eXp Realty to discuss selling my father's house located in Denver, CO. Pamela Holmes immediately began serving me and my dad. She took the time to listen and was sensitive to my feelings and circumstances. Pamela was very warm, kind, and understanding of my needs and concerns. She walked me through the process of the steps we would take and ensured that I understood what was expected of me as the POA for my dad who was incompetent. Pamela did the heavy lifting by walking me through every step of a very stressful but pleasant situation. Within 3 weeks' time, Pamela secured a buyer, and helped me to close on the house on December 28, 2023. And I closed on the Colorado house from Ohio. That's what I would call a miracle! About Pamela Holmes
Pamela has deep roots in Denver and is passionate living in the Mile High City with her husband and fur babies Chance and Cooper. She has had a successful 30-year career as a legal secretary and almost 22 years at her current law firm. Her desire to see others fulfill their dreams of homeownership led her to pursue a new career in real estate in 2022. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University (Virginia) and utilizes what she has learned when serving her clients. The driving force in both of her careers are building relationships and making others to feel valued, cared for, and respected. She is passionate about her faith in God and in counseling women to overcome the painful parts of their pasts to become who God has created them to be in this world.
